• 2 Tbsp. butter, softened

• 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives • 1 tsp. orange juice

• 1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted • 2 (6-oz.) walleye fillets

• 1/8 tsp. salt • Dash coarse ground black pepper


Heat grill. Cut one 12”sq. piece of foil. With tip of sharp knife cut 2” slits every 2”across foil. Spray with nonstick spray. In small bowl, combine butter, chives, orange juice & 2 Tbsp. pecans; mix well. To grill, place foil on gas grill over med. heat or on charcoal grill 4-6” from med. coals. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place on foil; cook 8 to 12 min. or until fish flakes with fork, turning once. During last min. of cooking time, top fillets with pecan butter. Remove from heat; place on platter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. pecans.
