• 4-6 walleye fillets (1 1/2 lb.)

• 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

• 1/2 tsp. dried basil

• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 1/8 tsp. pepper

• 1 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella


Place walleye in greased shallow 3 qt. or 13×9” baking dish. In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning, basil, salt & pepper; pour over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 min. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5-10 min.until fish flakes with fork.
