• 1 12oz egg noodles, cooked

• 1/2 c. onion, chopped

• 2 .c shredded cheese (save 1 cup for top)

• 1 c. frozen peas (thawed)

• 1 1/2 walleye filets, cooked & flaked

• 2 (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, condensed

• 1 small can mushrooms, sliced

• 1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed


Preheat oven 425º. Cook noodles; drain. In large bowl mix all ingredients, except 1 c. cheese & crushed potato chips. Spread mixture evenly on bottom of 9×13” baking dish. Sprinkle potato chips & 1 c. of cheese on top of casserole. Bake 15-20 min. until cheese is bubbling.
