Bluegill Parmesan

Ingredients:

• 1/4 C. butter, melted

• 1/2 C. dry bread crumbs

• 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese

• 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley • 1 tsp. salt • 1/2 tsp. paprika • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano • 1/4 tsp. dried basil • 1/4 tsp. pepper

• 1 lb. bluegill or crappie

Directions:

Place butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Dip fish in butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a greased 15x10x1” baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
