• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp. chili powder • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp. onion powder • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Place catfish into a flat container; add milk. Cut lemon in half; squeeze about 2 Tbsp. of juice into milk to make buttermilk. Place container in frig; soak 15 min. In a shallow bowl, combine cornmeal seasoning Ingredients. Remove fillets from buttermilk; pat dry with paper towels. Spread mustard generously over both sides of fillets. Dip each fillet into cornmeal; coat well. Place into greased air fryer basket. Spray w/oil. Cook at 390/400º for 10 min. Flip over; spray w/oil; cook additional 3-5 min.
